A book by Author Faith G. Harper, who just so happens to be my Facebook friend, yes, shameless celebrity plug there. She is the author of all of the Unfuck series, such as Unfuck Your Grief, or Unfuck your Brain, Unfuck your Body, etc, etc.
I’ve been feeling angry lately, and as my body is trying to rewire itself after quitting the alcohol, I find that anger is one emotion I struggle dearly with. That being said, I look to these audio books for advice, and to explore the topic.
There is a lot of scientific information about the different types of anger and how your brain reacts to them. There are also many methods to dealing with your anger and how to classify deal with it as a reaction, and to catch it before you spiral out of control.
It’s OK to be angry.
