Today, I embark on my journey. There will be short posts a few times a week to hold myself #accountable.
My main areas of focus this week will be getting in to a mindset of being back on a diet, and trying to incorporate light exercises. I’m going to change old habits with new ones. I will document everything in a series of posts.

To start the week, this is my regime:
FOOD
Here are my goals for food intake, and I intend to document everything I consume, each day:
- 25G of carbs each day.
- 3.26 liters of water.
- Avoid fruit, bread, pasta & sugar.
- Eat as much as I want: Popcorn, Meats, Cheeses, Raw Veggies, Eggs
EXERCISE
I am starting extremely simple here, I have not exercised in, years ever.:
- 25 push ups each day
- 25 sit ups each day
- Walk 15 minutes at break at work.
- increase by 25 each week.
- if it is a Golf day, walk the course, if possible. Walk 2x a month.
